Card reader doesn't work at all. Total garbage. Would have returned the item but needed the card. Don't waste $$ on one of these readers, just buy the card. Customer Rating: Summary: SDHC reader Comment: I purchased this reader and card to use with my Canon Xsi. Most computers with SD card readers will NOT read the SDHC cards. This reader allows you to plug in your SDHC card into a USB port and access the card. The speed is incredible! compared to the standard SD card. ( not all devices can use the SDHC) I use the reader to conserve battery power on my camera, without the reader I have to use the USB cable to the camera and power up the camera to download the images off the card. The card was a bonus as I really wanted the reader, but the SDHC card is a class 6 (very fast) and I use it as well.
